The PK removable insoles are your handy little helper for all-day comfort, or if you need a more snug fit.

PK removable insoles are shaped perfectly to match the PK toe-box design, and they're super easy to pop in and out of your shoes so you can wear them in all PKs styles!

WEAR THEM WHEN:

  • You're new to barefoot and need a little more comfort & support as you transition from regular shoes
  • You're PKs are feeling a little big or you would like a more snug fit. Just pop them in and they'll fill up the available space/volume with the shoe - up to a full half size

Do I need an Insole?

Most people don't, but they're genuinely useful if:

  • You're transitioning from conventional shoes and your feet need time to adjust
  • You have lower volume feet and want a snugger fit in your PKs
  • You want a little extra cushioning for long days on hard surfaces

Think of them as training wheels for your feet, a temporary support while your natural strength and adaptability return. Remove them when you're ready. Or don't. No rules.

Shoe Care & Cleaning

  • Hand wash only with mild soap and lukewarm water
  • Gently scrub with a soft brush if needed
  • Air dry completely before placing back in shoes
  • Do not machine wash or tumble dry
  • Avoid direct heat sources (radiators, direct sunlight)
  • For freshness, sprinkle with baking soda and brush off after 30 minutes

Note: Always replace your insoles when wear patterns affect comfort.

Why Go Barefoot
