Your Rights as an EU Customer
As a customer based in the European Union, you are protected under the EU Consumer Rights Directive. This gives you the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, for any reason, no questions asked.
How to Withdraw
Use the form below to submit your withdrawal request. Once we receive your request, we'll confirm it by email within one business day and send you your return instructions. You're also welcome to contact us at contact@paperkrane.com.au if you need any help with the form.

What Happens Next?
You have 14 days from the date you notify us of your withdrawal to return the item to us. Please send it back to our Australian address (we'll provide this when we confirm your withdrawal).
- Use a tracked postal service, return postage is at your expense
- Mark the customs declaration clearly as "Returned Goods — Unwanted Merchandise" to help ensure no import duties are applied when the parcel re-enters Australia (duties applied on return could be deducted from your refund, so this step is important!)
- Items should be returned in the same condition you received them, you're welcome to open the packaging and try them on to inspect them, as you would in a physical store. However, if items show signs of heavy use or damage beyond reasonable inspection, we may deduct an amount for diminished value.
YOUR REFUND
Once we receive your returned goods (or proof of postage/return), we'll process your full refund within 14 days. This will include:
- The price of the goods
- The standard outbound shipping cost you paid at checkout (note: if you selected an upgraded or expedited shipping option, we'll refund the cost of standard delivery only)
Refunds will be issued via your original payment method.
Please note: any import duties or taxes you paid to your local customs authority when your order entered the EU are outside our control and are not included in your refund. You may be able to reclaim these directly from your country's customs authority — eligibility and process varies by country so please check with your local customs authority.
