4. Ordering and Payment

4.1 Order Process

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion
  • Order confirmation does not guarantee product availability

4.2 Payment

  • Payment is required at the time of order unless using approved Buy Now, Pay Later services
  • We accept: Credit/Debit Cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, Afterpay
  • All payments are processed securely through authorized payment processors
  • You authorize us to charge your payment method for the total order amount

Credit Card Payments:

  • We perform standard pre-authorization checks to ensure sufficient funds
  • Your card will be debited once the order has been accepted
  • Goods will not be dispatched until payment verification is complete

Digital Wallet Payments (Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay):

  • Payments are processed through secure tokenization
  • Orders are processed immediately upon successful authorization
  • You authorize the linked payment method for the full order amount

PayPal Payments:

  • Goods will not be dispatched until PayPal payment has cleared
  • eCheck payments are not accepted and will be immediately refunded

Buy Now, Pay Later Services (Afterpay, Klarna, Zip, etc.):

  • Third-party payment services subject to their own terms and conditions
  • You must meet the service provider's eligibility requirements
  • Late payment fees and interest charges apply as per the provider's terms
  • We are not responsible for BNPL service decisions, fees, or disputes
  • Full payment to us is guaranteed regardless of your arrangement with the BNPL provider
  • Failed BNPL payments may result in order cancellation

4.4 Discount Codes and Promotions

  • Promotional discount codes may be offered for specific purchases
  • Discount codes cannot be combined with other offers or store credit
  • Discount codes are subject to expiration dates and specific terms
  • We reserve the right to modify or cancel promotions at any time
  • Full terms and conditions for individual promotions, including our New Subscriber welcome offer, are set out in our Discount Codes Terms of Use, which form part of these Terms

4.5 Store Credit

  • Store credit is valid for 12 months from the date of issue
  • Store credit cannot be combined with discount codes or other special offers
  • Unused store credit expires after the validity period with no refund

4.6 Gift Cards

  • Gift cards are electronic and delivered via email
  • Gift cards are not redeemable for cash
  • Gift cards expire 3 years from the date of purchase
  • Gift cards are partially redeemable - cardholders must use full value within validity period
  • When purchase exceeds gift card balance, alternate payment is required
  • Treat gift cards like cash - we are not responsible for lost or stolen cards

4.7 Pricing Errors

If we discover a pricing error after you've placed an order, we will notify you and give you the option to (prior to shipping):

  • Confirm the order at the correct price
  • Cancel the order for a full refund

5. Shipping and Delivery

5.1 Domestic Shipping (Australia)

  • Standard shipping: 2-6 business days
  • Express shipping: 1-3+ business days
  • We offer flat rate shipping for AU customers which displays at checkout
  • Shipping costs are subject to change without notice

5.2 International Shipping

  • We ship to most countries including NZ, USA & Canada, UK & EU, Rest of the World
  • We offer flat rate shipping to NZ, which displays at checkout
  • All other international shipping is calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination
  • All international shipping costs are subject to change without notice

5.3 International Delivery & Customs Information

  • International shipping times vary by destination, but generally range from 4 - 21 business days
  • International customers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, and fees
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing
  • We reserve the right to pause or restrict shipping to any country or region at any time where customs, import, or regulatory requirements make reliable delivery impossible. Where this affects an order already placed, we will contact you with your options, which may include delayed dispatch, cancellation with a full refund, or delivery to an alternative address. 5.4 Delivery Terms

  • Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery to the carrier
  • You must provide accurate shipping information
  • We are not liable for delivery delays beyond our control
  • Delivery times are estimates only

6. Returns and Refunds

6.1 Australian Consumer Law

Australian consumers have rights under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded, including:

  • Right to a refund for major failures
  • Right to have goods repaired or replaced for minor failures
  • Goods must be of acceptable quality

6.2 Return Policy

  • You must contact us within 14 days of delivery to initiate a return or exchange
  • Once a return has been initiated, the item must be sent back to us within 14 days of that contact 
  • Items must be in original condition with packaging including all tags & tissue stuffing
  • Customer pays return shipping unless item is defective
  • Certain items may not be returnable (list exclusions)

6.3 Refund Process

  • Refunds processed within 2 business days
  • Refunds issued to original payment method
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless we made an error

6.4 International Returns

International customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any customs fees incurred. BNPL payment arrangements do not affect return policies - you remain responsible for any outstanding payments to third-party payment providers regardless of return status.

6.5 BNPL Service Returns

For orders paid with Buy Now, Pay Later services:

  • Returns do not automatically pause your payment schedule with the BNPL provider
  • You must contact your BNPL provider directly regarding payment adjustments
  • Refunds are processed to the original BNPL service, not directly to you
  • Processing times may vary depending on the BNPL provider's policies

6.6 EU Right to Withdraw

Customers based in the European Union have additional rights under the EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU, which are broader than the return rights described in sections 6.1–6.2 above. This includes the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, for any reason, without needing to provide justification. 6.7 Australian Consumer Law Notice

Important Notice for Australian Consumers:

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

  • Manufacturer warranties may also apply
  • We disclaim other warranties to the extent permitted by law
