We do our best to get every PK parcel to you as quickly as possible, but every so often something outside our control which affects delivery to a particular country or region. We'll list any current notices here, and update them as things change.

European Union
A temporary pause on shipping to the European Union
Shipping update: Denmark, Germany and Sweden are back!
New EU customs rules came into effect on 1 July 2026, changing how parcels from outside the EU are taxed and cleared through customs.
Unfortunately, these rules affect how we ship parcels from Australia to the EU, including how customs in each country accept them. Right now, the requirements differ from country to country, with no single consistent process in place yet. This means there's a real risk your PK parcel could be rejected by customs and returned to us without notice, to either of us.
Rather than risk your order being delayed, held up, or sent back under these new requirements, we've made the decision to temporarily pause shipping to countries within the EU.
Shipping update: Denmark, Germany and Sweden are back!
Good news! As of 03/09/2026, we've resumed shipping to Denmark, Germany and Sweden, now that we've got the systems in place to handle these countries' customs requirements properly.
Shipping to the remaining EU countries (as outlined below) is still temporarily paused while we roll out the same solution more broadly.
Currently paused: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain
Note: Shipping to countries outside of the EU (for example Norway & Switzerland) remain unaffected.
We're working through this country by country and expect to reopen more of the EU soon. Thanks for your patience.

Southwest Asia and North Africa (Middle East)
Currently we are unable to ship to countries in this region due to ongoing logistics, customs, and transport disruptions affecting reliable delivery.
If you're unsure whether we currently ship to your location, please check availability at checkout, or get in touch with us before placing an order and we'll let you know.
We're monitoring the situation and will update this notice as things change.
