EU SHIPPING NOTICE

A temporary pause on shipping to the European Union 

New EU customs rules came into effect on 1 July 2026, changing how parcels from outside the EU are taxed and cleared through customs.

Unfortunately, these rules affect how we ship parcels from Australia to the EU, including how customs in each country accept them. Right now, the requirements differ from country to country, with no single consistent process in place yet. This means there's a real risk your PK parcel could be rejected by customs and returned to us without notice, to either of us.

Rather than risk your order being delayed, held up, or sent back under these new requirements, we've made the decision to temporarily pause shipping to the EU.

That means effective immediately we will be pausing shipments to all 27 EU member states: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden.

We are actively working on a solution though, and hope to resume EU shipping soon.
