We love a good discount or special offer as much as you do, but codes only work their magic when everyone knows the rules. Below you'll find the terms for '10% Off your First Order' offer for our New Email Subscribers (homepage pop up), plus the general terms that apply to any other discount or promo code we run. These sit alongside our full Terms of Service and Returns & Exchanges policy, which continue to apply to every order.

Quick summary:

  • Codes must be entered at checkout before you pay, we're not able to apply or refund them after the fact.
  • The New Subscriber code is valid for 48 hours and is for first-time customers only as outlined in the email confirmation you receive upon subscribing.
  • Other promo codes have their own start/end dates and conditions, which we'll tell you about when we send or advertise them.
  • One code per order, and codes can't be combined with other offers, sales, or store credit unless we say otherwise.

DISCOUNT & SPECIAL OFFERS TERMS

1. New Subscriber Welcome Offer (10% Off First Order)

1.1 This discount code is available exclusively to new subscribers to our mailing list who have not previously placed an order with us.

1.2 Upon completing the newsletter subscription, your unique code will be displayed so that you can copy and paste it at checkout. The code will also be sent to the email address used to sign up and must be applied at checkout.

1.3 The code cannot be added, honoured, or refunded retroactively to an order after it has been placed.

1.4 The code is valid for 48 hours from the time it is issued. Codes not used within this window will expire automatically and cannot be reissued or extended.

1.5 The offer entitles the holder to 10% off the value of their first order only, and applies once per new subscriber. We reserve the right to cancel orders or void codes where multiple accounts or addresses are used to claim the offer more than once.

1.6 The discount applies to the order subtotal and excludes shipping and any applicable taxes/duties. 

1.7 The offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount or coupon code, unless explicitly stated otherwise.

1.8 The code has no cash value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and cannot be applied to previous purchases.

1.9 We reserve the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel this offer at any time without prior notice.

1.10 Unsubscribing from the mailing list before the code is used will void the offer.

2. General Discount, Special Offers and Promo Code Terms

2.1 Each promotional or discount code is subject to its own specific terms, which will be communicated at the time the code is issued (e.g. via email, social media, or on-site banner), including its own validity period, applicable products, and any minimum spend.

2.2 Unless otherwise stated, all codes:

  • Are valid only between the stated start and end date/times.
  • Must be entered manually (or applied via link) at checkout before payment is completed.
  • Cannot be applied, honoured or refunded after an order has been placed, including if the customer forgets to apply it, the code has expired, or it was entered incorrectly.
  • Are limited to one code per order, unless expressly stated otherwise.
  • Are non-transferable and have no cash alternative.
  • May be withdrawn, amended, or cancelled by us at any time without notice, including after being publicised, at our discretion.

2.3 We are not liable for codes that fail to apply due to browser issues, expired promotions, incorrect entry, or technical error, and no compensation or retroactive discount will be issued in these cases.

2.4 If an order containing a discount code is partially or fully refunded or returned, the refund will reflect the price actually paid (i.e. after discount), not the full original price.

2.5 We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or amend any order where we reasonably suspect fraud, abuse, or misuse of a discount code (including reselling codes, bulk account creation, or bot use).

2.6 These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and are in addition to our standard Returns & Exchanges policies and general website Terms of Service, which continue to apply.
