All deliveries within Australia are made via Australia post.

A dispatch confirmation email displaying your tracking number will be sent once the order has been posted/shipped.

International delivery

International orders are sent by tracked international post, through our national carrier, Australia Post. Once the parcel enters your country it will be delivered by your local postal service. Over the past few years there have been delays due to covid and it's affect on the global workforce. These delays may still arise, so please keep an eye on the tracking number that you are provided with when your parcel leaves our warehouse.

NOTE *International delivery costs do not include any taxes or duties which may be applied by customs at the destination country and any duties or taxes incurred are the responsibility of the delivery recipient.

EU Customers: 

PaperKrane is not VAT registered in any EU Member State. If you are located in the UK or European Union, all prices displayed on our website are VAT exclusive. VAT may be charged by the EU when any goods arrive in the EU. PaperKrane is not responsible for any delays or further charges caused  by the EU charging VAT.


Please note that in accordance with Australian export regulations we are required to declare the exact value of all items and identify the order as dutiable ‘merchandise’. We are also prohibited by law from identifying an order as a ‘gift’, even if a customer has placed the order with the intention of delivery to a gift recipient.

Lost or damaged goods

If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us "HERE" within 7 days of receiving your order so that we may assist you.
