Within 10 days of order receipt, unworn, unused and unwashed items in their original condition and packaging may be returned.
Where items are returned on the basis of incorrect sizing or change of mind, only an exchange or credit note will be available. Please note that an exchange or credit note will only be issued where the shoes are returned in as new condition, unworn and undamaged. Should the returned shoes show any signs of wear or damage, the customer will not be eligible for an exchange or credit.
Given limited stock quantities, direct style/size exchanges are subject to availability.
Refunds will only be offered where an item is faulty or damaged.
No refunds, returns or exchanges will be offered on sale items or Lucky Dip purchases.
Refunds will only be processed using the original tender type. Credit Card refunds must be processed against the original card details (the exact card used to make the original purchase) and PayPal returns can only be processed against the same account that was used to make payment.
Refunds will cover only the value of the faulty shoes unless the total value of the order did not reach our 'Free Shipping' threshold, in which case we will refund both the value of the shoes and the cost of shipping. Where the customer opts for 'Express post' in lieu of the free regular post option, PaperKrane will not refund the cost of the express postage used in the original order.
If you are returning a faulty, damaged or incorrect item we will reimburse you for the return postage costs upon being provided with a copy of the postage receipt. However, we are unable to offer free returns for ‘change of mind’ returns or exchanges.
As PaperKrane is not liable for the loss of an item being returned we recommend that you return it using registered mail.
Any damaged packaging returned will incur a $5 restocking fee. This includes rips, tears, stains, missing tags/labels, discolouration and creasing etc
