RETURNS
We understand sometimes your perfect PaperKrane pair might not quite fit the way you imagined. That's okay! We're here to help you find the perfect fit or style.
Here's the scoop on Returns & Exchanges:
Exchanges:
- For change of mind or change of size, we can offer you an exchange for another size or style (subject to availability), or a store credit to use on future PKs!
- You'll need to get in touch with us within 14 days from receiving your order to organise.
- Please note: All product returns need to be in brand new condition with the tags attached, tissue stuffing and dust bag etc...intact (just like when they first met you!).
Refunds:
- We offer full refunds for any faulty, damaged, or incorrect items you receive. Just email contact@paperkrane.com.au and send us some pics and we'll make things right!

We can't offer refunds for sale items, however feel free to reach out to our friendly team at contact@paperkrane.com.au – we might be able to work some magic for you!
Shipping:
- For exchanges and change of mind returns, you'll need to cover the return postage costs yourself. We recommend using a tracked parcel service to ensure your PKs arrive safely back to us.
- If you're returning a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, we'll reimburse you for the return postage costs (just email us a pic of the receipt).
- Heads up! We can't be held responsible for any items lost in the mail, so a tracked post option is your best bet!
A Few Extra Things:
- Refunds will be processed using your original payment method.
- If you're purchase was made during a sale or special offer (including discount codes), any store credit's will take this into consideration.
- We kindly ask that you return your items in their original packaging, stuffing, tags etc... (it helps us keep things organised!). We can't accept returns with damaged or missing packaging.
