At PaperKrane, we want you to absolutely love your new shoes. But if something's not quite right, we're here to help you find the best solution!
What We Can Do For You
Love Them or Swap Them Guarantee
So you've received your new PKs and it's just not quite love at first sight? No problems! If you change your mind or need a different size:
- We give you 14 days from delivery to contact us to organise your return
- We'll exchange your shoes for a different size or style
- We'll provide store credit so you can choose something else you'll love

We accept returned items that are in brand new condition with all of the original packaging.
- For shoes this means tags, tissue stuffing, dust bag etc...are all in tact.
- For removable insoles this means as new/unworn and in their original box, and
- For laces this means returned in their sealed bags.

Just popped on your brand new PKs and found that something is not quite right? Let us know!
- We'll provide full refunds for any faulty, damaged, or incorrect items
- We'll cover return shipping costs when we've made an error
- We'll make it right quickly - just email us photos and we'll sort it out
- We'll provide a return shipping label for defective items
Flexible Solutions
Purchased your PKs during a sale or used a special offer or discount code? No worries!
- We'll work with you on sale items - email us to look at options
- We'll consider your special pricing if you purchased during sales or with discount codes
- We'll provide store credit as an alternative to exchanges when preferred
How to Get Started
For exchanges or returns: Simply email us at contact@paperkrane.com.au within 14 days of receiving your order.
For faulty items: Send us photos at contact@paperkrane.com.au and we'll take care of everything.
What We Need From You
To help us serve you best:
- Items should be in brand new condition with all tags attached, along with tissue stuffing, and dust bag included (so they need to be returned to us in the same condition as you met them!)
- You'll need to cover return postage for all exchanges and change of mind - use tracked postage for your peace of mind
- If returning a faulty or defective item we will email you a return label so that you can print and attach it to your return parcel
- Removable insoles cannot be returned if they have been worn/used for hygiene reasons
