WHERE ARE PK HIGH TOPS MADE?
All of our original soft sole PK High Tops are handmade by Kate and her team in Melbourne, Australia.

ARE PK HIGH TOPS SUITABLE FOR WALKERS?
PK High Tops are suitable for all children from newborns to toddlers. The corduroy or faux suede soles provide the traction your bub needs when taking his or her first steps.
WILL YOU EVER DESIGN PK HIGH TOPS WITH HARD SOLES?
No, not for the current sizes stocked. We love soft soles because they are fantastic for growing walkers as they encourage correct foot development by allowing the toes to spread out and feel the floor.
HOW DO I WASH MY PK HIGH TOPS?
All PK High Tops are 100% cotton or cotton with a faux suede sole (synthetic). Once worn and soiled by your bub you can wash them in your machine on a cold wash with the rest of your clothing. (If you can, put them in a pillow case or garment bag so you don't lose one like a sock!).
To better preserve the prints, wash by hand, or with a phosphate free detergent on a gentle cycle. Don't soak for long periods of time if your shoe has a metallic denim feature.

HOW CAN I GET SOME OF YOUR PK HIGH TOPS? YOU SEEM TO BE OUT OF STOCK!
Our PK High Tops sell out VERY quickly. We regularly restock the shop with different style High Tops every few weeks (with the date and time advised ahead of time). (PLEASE NOTE, ACCOUNTS ARE CURRENTLY DISABLED, YOU WON'T BE ABLE TO CREATE ONE, OR LOG INTO ONE. Sorry for any inconvenience.) When shopping at restock we recommend that you create a PaperKrane account (by visiting ‘My Account’) to store your contact details and be logged in to both your PaperKrane and PayPal accounts a few minutes beforehand. Then refresh the page until stock appears. There might be only one style to begin with so just keep refreshing until you see the one you want. Then add to cart and get through checkout as quickly as possible! Items are not held in your cart until you have completed the payment page. If you do not succeed the first time, just keep trying and remember there will always be another restock! Make sure to stay up to date with the latest news including the date and time of any upcoming restocks by signing up for email updates (visit our homepage) and by following us on Facebook and Instagram.
I DON’T HAVE A PAYPAL ACCOUNT. DO YOU ACCEPT CREDIT CARDS?
We accept both PayPal and credit card payments. We highly recommend that you log in to PayPal beforehand or have your credit card details on standby as items in your cart are not held for you until you have completed the payment page at checkout.
HOW DO I KNOW IF MY ORDER WAS PLACED SUCCESSFULLY?
When you have successfully completed your order, you will receive a confirmation email. You will also receive an email when your order has been shipped. If you have not received a confirmation email (and have checked your spam folder) please contact us to confirm your order.
I CAN SUCCESSFULLY ADD AN ITEM TO CART BUT IT SAYS ‘OUT OF STOCK’ AT CHECKOUT. WHAT IS HAPPENING??
You need to be quick! The Shopify cart does not hold items for you. If you are the first to get through to checkout, they're yours, if not, you'll get a screen that says "sold out" or "there seems to be some inventory issues"… that’s okay. Don’t push the back button. Instead, click on the SHOP or PaperKrane icon, refresh that page and see if there are pairs still available. Just remember that they are not sold out until it says so on the SHOP page. Good luck!
HOW MANY PAIRS ARE AVAILABLE AT RESTOCK? THEY SELL OUT SO FAST!
The number of pairs available for purchase at each restock varies depending on the amount of time between restocks and the number of styles available. We can assure you that we do our best to make by hand the highest number of pairs possible without jeopardising the quality of our original soft sole PK High Tops.
IS IT POSSIBLE TO PLACE A RUSH ORDER?
Unfortunately, we are not able to offer a service to rush your order. Unless otherwise specified, all PK High Tops purchased are made to order and it can take 3-4 weeks for your order to be shipped. Please take this into consideration when placing your order.
DO YOU TAKE CUSTOM ORDERS AND IF SO, HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?
Unfortunately, due to experiencing such high demand for our PK High Tops, we cannot accept custom orders except on rare special occasions.
IS IT POSSIBLE TO PREORDER?
Unfortunately, we are not able to accept preorders for any PK High Tops scheduled to be released. Sign up for email updates (by visiting our homepage) and follow us on both Facebook and Instagram for details of upcoming restocks including the date and time they will be available for purchase.
DO YOU HAVE ANY STOCKISTS?
At this time PK High Tops are only available via our website and occasionally via companies that we have collaborated with. Make sure to follow us on both Facebook and Instagram to keep up to date!

Yes! We ship worldwide via Australia Post.
HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING AND HANDLING COST?
The cost of shipping and handling varies depending on the location that your order is being shipped to. Visit our Shipping + Exchanges page for current shipping options and prices.
CAN I COMBINE POSTAGE FOR MULTIPLE ORDERS?
Keep an eye out on social media as Kate will announce when it is NOT possible to combine orders. There will be a code for you to use after you have placed an order. This may be used with any consecutive orders you place on the same day. It lets us know to combine your orders, and you won't be charged any extra postage. We will do our best to combine your orders, but if you do not enter the code that will pop up on the order confirmation screen, your order will not be combined.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Unless otherwise specified, all PK High Tops purchased are made to order. Please allow 3-4 weeks for your order to be shipped. You will receive shipping confirmation via email when your order has shipped! (The most up to date list of shipping times to your region can be found on the Australia Post website.)
MY ORDER HASN’T ARRIVED. WHAT CAN I DO?
If you have received shipping confirmation via email but your order still has not arrived after 7-10 days for national orders and 21 days for international orders please contact us with your order number and we will assist you in contacting Australia Post to locate your parcel. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages but have chosen to offer the option of postage with tracking to ensure your parcel arrives!
I MAY HAVE PROVIDED THE WRONG ADDRESS. WHAT CAN I DO?
Unfortunately, we cannot edit the details given to us after orders have been placed so it is incredibly important that you make sure to provide the correct shipping address at checkout. We highly recommend that you register for a PaperKrane account (by visiting ‘My Account’) and have your contact details stored prior to restock. This will save you both time and worry!
